Welcome to Allergic Girl Eats. I have been experimenting and constantly developing new recipes that cater to my food allergies. I have lived with sever food allergies my whole life, though a challenge at times I have embraced it! I started this blog in 2022 with the intent of showing people an alternative way of creating a delicious meal that can be modified. My love for creating new recipes comes from my mom who somehow found a way to make me anything and I mean everything I wanted, with what felt like no restrictions; and more importantly without any dairy, egg, peanuts, tree-nuts, or shellfish due to my anaphylactic allergies. All of my recipes can be made by anyone and modified in almost any way to your liking. I hope that your biggest takeaway from my recipes is just because you’re allergic doesn’t mean you can’t eat!
